When AS Colour started back in 2005 we weren't setting out to conquer the world, the goal was far more simple, and, as it turned out, far more impactful: to perfect the blank. To create the kind of premium, high quality blank apparel that we, ourselves, wanted to wear, and the artists, creators & decorators wanted to use. There was a gap in New Zealand, for apparel that were simple, well-made, and built to last. In fact our founder couldn’t find a quality t-shirt for his mates band merch, so he decided to create one instead.
Fast forward almost two decades, and it's genuinely humbling to see how far that initial commitment has taken us. From our humble beginnings out of a small garage in Auckland, we've grown into a brand with a global presence, with our products finding homes and becoming canvases across Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and of course, New Zealand.
So, how did a company built on the foundation of the ‘blank,’ manage to weave our way into the global fabric? It wasn't by chance; it was by design, originated in core principles that we’ve never compromised on.

Expanding globally means we’ve built a robust infrastructure that supports our customers, wherever they are. We've invested in strategic warehouse locations across the globe and developed an e-commerce platform that serves both our direct-to-consumer and business-to-business customers with equal efficiency. We've added to our advanced automation in Auckland, New Zealand with a new state-of-the-art Dematic facility in our Australian warehouse. This ensures every customer receives the same exceptional AS Colour experience, regardless of location.
Looking back from where we started in that small Auckland's garage to where we are today - with our Headquarters in NZ, twenty-seven retail locations and six distribution facilities across Europe, United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, it's a journey we're immensely proud of. We've proven that by focusing on simplicity, quality, and uncompromising ethics, a New Zealand born vision can resonate on the world stage.
