It was a fun night celebrating cotton, community and our journey towards 100% sustainably sourced cotton, with live screen printing, good food and great people. **Our Commitment to Longevity** Our commitment to 100% sustainably sourced cotton is important. Better Cotton, Australian Cotton, Organic standards and others work in a complementary way toward ensuring all cotton is produced in a more sustainable and ethical manner. All are looking to raise the floor so that the worst practices become non-existent. It’s recognised globally for premium quality fibre and a genuine commitment to people and sustainable agriculture. Around 90% of Australia’s cotton businesses are family farms, many run by families who have lived and worked in their communities for generations. Growers have been improving their practices for decades through [myBMP](https://australiancotton.com.au/best-management-practice-mybmp), the industry’s Best Management Practices program, with progress reported publicly every year.
